Not really much to say foreal. I had USAA car insurance for a longgg time. And I was paying A LOT of money monthly. Thanks Progressive for saving me & my pockets & getting the same things I was getting from my previous provider.

Great company, and great with claims, but their renewal process stinks unless you have a great agent who is willing to do work to get a lower renewal price.

I was with State Farm for 40 years. They were stealing large amounts of money from me and never gave me any affordable options. My wife and myself have a clean record and don't need to be punished. Have a Happy 4th of July.

The representative made me feel like I was getting all I asked for and when I received the policy in black-and-white, it was not what I asked for and now there’s been an incident and I can’t get in touch with anybody for a car rental or to tell me about the claim so I’m very dissatisfied. I’m very angry. I told them what I want. They gave me what they felt was good enough and charged me $173 a month and then I need them and can’t get a response.

My experience with Progressive Insurance has been nothing but great. They get you everything you will need and explain it all to you. So happy I switched to Progressive Insurance.

Bundling online quoted one price and when I agreed to purchase - first you purchase Auto. Then the homeowners premium went up $109. No explanation given.
